Fully custom development starts at 500 candles. Choose the container shape, sculpted wax or floral design, logo stickers, laser-engraved logos and packaging boxes. Tooling, design and custom sample fees are quoted per project. Share your brief so we can confirm specifications and timing.

Each existing vessel + wax-shape combination or freestanding design has a minimum of 50 candles and may mix up to 2 compatible fragrances. Different designs cannot be pooled to reach 50. Color and finish requests are reviewed separately; no separate minimum per color is assumed. Each candle design lists its suggested fragrances. You may add the same vessel + wax-shape combination twice with different listed scents. Other pairings can be discussed in the notes, but no compatibility is promised until the supplier confirms it.

Wholesale pricing depends on the selected design, quantity and customization. Prepare your requirements for an itemized quote. Unit price includes the finished candle and its confirmed lid; brand labels and individual boxes are quoted separately. For open or lid-unconfirmed reference styles, confirm the final configuration first. Required safety/market labels and their costs are reviewed separately, not assumed included.

For regular made-to-order orders, request finished candles without a brand label, plan to apply your own brand labels, or request brand-label printing and application. Tell us separately whether artwork is ready or layout help is needed. Confirm the selected style’s label dimensions, service availability, proof approval and costs. Brand labels do not replace required safety or market labeling.

Please report damaged, soiled or missing items, or items that differ from the approved specification, within 5 business days of receipt. Include your order number, issue description, affected product IDs and quantities, and photos or videos of the products and outer packaging.

If verification confirms a product or label issue attributable to us, or a transit problem with shipping arranged by our freight forwarder, we will take responsibility for resolving it. An agreed solution may include a partial refund for the affected goods. Replacements or a product-value credit may also be arranged by mutual agreement. You do not need to place another order to have a valid claim resolved.

For a customer-appointed forwarder, responsibility is assessed from the evidence and agreed shipping terms, not automatically excluded. Both parties will agree who covers shipping costs, duties and taxes for returns or replacement shipments, based on the specific issue and responsibility for it. Samples are optional. The US$10 fee covers one sample of an in-stock style and is credited toward your subsequent bulk order. Sample shipping is charged separately and is not credited. Samples do not count toward the bulk order minimum. Custom samples are quoted separately. Sample production and dispatch times are confirmed individually based on the style, stock availability and customization requirements.

For a custom sample, share your logo/label artwork status and product requirements. Confirm the project-specific sample fee before sampling, then approve the sample before bulk production. The custom sample product fee can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order for the same project once the agreed order quantity is met. The qualifying order quantity is agreed per project and confirmed in your quote. Sample shipping is paid separately and is not credited. Tooling and design fees are quoted separately and are not part of the sample-product-fee credit. The US$10 in-stock-style sample fee does not apply to custom samples.
